Hudayriyat Island is about to welcome its next big opening. Already known for its beaches, cycling tracks and outdoor vibe, the island will soon be home to Olympia Resort Abu Dhabi, a place designed for people who like their getaways with a side of movement.
Opening in early 2026, the new resort from Modon Hospitality is all about balance. It’s a wellness-led escape that mixes fitness, relaxation and good food in one place. Think recovery lounges instead of just spas, and fresh, nutrition-focused menus instead of heavy hotel buffets
Olympia will be perfect if you like to keep active but still enjoy comfort. The Reboot Recovery Lounge sounds like a standout feature, offering altitude training, compression therapy and biohacking tools usually reserved for professional athletes.
Some rooms will even include hypoxic technology to help boost energy and recovery, while the specially designed Olympia Recovery Mattress will supports deep sleep and muscle repair.

From morning runs by the sea to long bike rides, Olympia is promising to put movement at the centre of the experience. You can explore 28 kilometres of cycling tracks, along with football pitches, tennis courts, pools and beach clubs. It’s the kind of place where you can train hard, unwind easily and feel good doing both.
Hudayriyat Island has quickly become one of Abu Dhabi’s most exciting destinations, and Olympia Resort looks set to take it up another level. With its focus on active living and mindful rest, it’s the perfect mix of sport, leisure and understated luxury.
