Train at Yas Marina Circuit

Padel at 321 Sports

This fast-paced racket sport gets you moving around the court, with plenty of running, quick reactions, and a bit of friendly competition thrown in.


At 321 Sports, you can choose between indoor and outdoor courts, so you can get a game in whatever the weather. Grab a few friends for a social match, book a regular slot or sign up for a training session if you want to work on your game.

Surf Abu Dhabi

If surfing is on your list of things to try, Surf Abu Dhabi has a few options running throughout September. The Open Surf sessions have moved to 45 minutes for the month, with beginner, intermediate, and advanced sessions available.


If you've never tried surfing before, you can try a Discovery Surf Session. The 45-minute session covers the basics with a guide and includes all the equipment. 


The Surf Club pool is also open throughout September, so you can get some swimming in without booking a surf session. Pool access is AED 100, with the option to book a lounger and spend some time by the water.

Train at Yas Marina Circuit

You don't need to be an F1 driver to get on the track at Yas Marina Circuit. Yas Marina circuit opens up for regular fitness sessions, where you can walk, jog or cycle around the same track used for race weekends.


The weekly TrainYAS sessions are free and open to all fitness levels, with evening sessions on the full Grand Prix track. There are also early-morning cycling sessions on the North Circuit, as well as dedicated TrainYAS Ladies sessions.


So, if you've been meaning to get a few more kilometres or laps into your week, now’s a good time to do it before the circuit gets busy preparing for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in December.

Trail X Mountain Biking

Take your bike off-road around Hudayriyat Island. Trail X is a dedicated track for MTBs, with 15km of trail to work your way through and four colour-coded routes to choose from. Start with Green if you're new to MTB, or move up to Blue, Red and Black when you're ready for more of a challenge.


Along the way, you'll find climbs, descents, hills and technical sections, so you can pick a route that suits your level. The Green route is the longest at 8.9km, while Black is the most challenging, with sections reaching up to 10 metres. E-bikes are also compatible across all four levels.

CRANK Abu Dhabi

Turn your workout into an indoor cycling session at CRANK Abu Dhabi. The RIDE classes take you through climbs, sprints and plenty of pedalling, all set to music with dim lighting and a club-like atmosphere. There are regular RIDE sessions throughout the week, including ladies-only classes, so you can pick a time and format that works for you.


You’ll need your usual workout gear and a water bottle for the session. CRANK provides RIDE cycling shoes with cleats, towels and sweat towels, and there’s a water fountain available to refill your bottle.

Pilates Lab

At Pilates Lab, you can give Reformer or mat Pilates a go, or switch things up with Barre, TRX, yoga and aerial flow. There are classes for different fitness levels, including BASE sessions for beginners, along with ladies-only and mixed classes.


If you prefer doing a private session, you can book one with a Movement Specialist.

Yoga One Abu Dhabi

Get your yoga fix at Yoga One, where you can choose from a mix of classes across its two Abu Dhabi studios. Alongside different yoga styles, you’ll find Barre and aerial classes, so there’s more than one way to work on your strength and flexibility.


If you're new to yoga, there are classes for different levels, so you can find one that suits you. The hot classes, Hot Hatha and Hot Flow, are heated to between 37°C and 40°C, while the rest are held at room temperature.

HYROX Abu Dhabi

Test your endurance at HYROX Abu Dhabi. The fitness race puts your energy and strength to the test, with different divisions including individual, doubles, relay, Pro and Adaptive categories.


You’ll also get your individual finish time and split timings for each workout, tracking your performance from the first station to the final sprint across the finish line.
