Umm Al Emarat Park is bringing film fans together once again with Cinematic Sundays - a weekly outdoor movie night in collaboration with Image Nation Abu Dhabi. Starting Sunday, 26 October, visitors can enjoy free screenings every week at 6pm, turning the park into a community cinema under the stars.

This season’s line-up celebrates locally made films from Image Nation Abu Dhabi, the Middle East’s leading film studio. Expect heartwarming Arabic and English titles like Rashid & Rajab, Going to Heaven, As One, and Sea Shadow - stories that capture imagination and celebrate homegrown talent.

Beyond great storytelling, the series reinforces Umm Al Emarat Park’s role as a hub for community connection, giving families, friends, and film lovers the chance to unwind together in a natural, family-friendly setting. The initiative also supports Abu Dhabi’s wider creative vision — nurturing the region’s film industry and spotlighting Emirati and regional talent.

There’s plenty more happening in the park too — from the popular Park Market and daily sunset falcon shows, to wellness sessions with Celestial Karisma, Animal Barn visits, splash play areas, and kid-friendly parties with Kidz Factory.

Umm Al Emarat Park is open daily from 8am to midnight (last entry 11pm). Entry is AED 10, with free access to Cinematic Sundays.
