New Abu Dhabi athleisure brand launches with free workout series and empowering panel event

There’s a new female-first fitness brand making waves in the capital, and it’s all about movement, connection, and empowerment. Founded by solo entrepreneur, mum, and PT Saoirse Correia, Freedom Space & Time (FST) is an athleisure and lifestyle brand with a mission: to help women feel their absolute best through fitness, community, and feel-good fashion.

Inspired by the way movement can unite women from all walks of life, FST is launching with a bang – and you’re invited to be part of it.

“Movement has the power to bring women together, give us a sense of freedom, provide a safe space, and dedicate time to ourselves,” says Saoirse. “With FST, my goal is to help women feel their absolute best.”

The free workout series:

Dates: 19, 20, and 26 April 2025

Locations: Across Abu Dhabi (with two locations to be announced)

Join Saoirse and her all-female team for a week of community workouts designed to energise your body, soothe your mind, and connect with like-minded women.

Here’s what’s happening:

Saturday 19 April at 9am – Taparelle, Manarat Al Saadiyat
Sunday 20 April at 9am – Jubail Mangroves
Saturday 26 April at 5pm – Fahid Beach Club by Barbossa
Other locations to be announced.

Expect live-DJ beach workouts, sound healing sessions, and exclusive menus created by Taparelle, Fahid Beach Club, and the Flamingo Collection – all designed around wellness and community vibes.

There will also be:

FST capsule collection previews
Kamira Cosmetics product trials (including their gold + caviar set )
Goodies, giveaways, and networking with other fab women
A chance to meet Saoirse and hear her inspiring story
