Olympians are landing in Abu Dhabi for high-energy freestyle sessions at BOUNCE | Things to do in Abu Dhabi

If your kids love flipping, jumping, or just burning off some serious energy, BOUNCE Abu Dhabi is bringing something pretty special to the capital this month.

A team of former Olympians are hosting exclusive freestyle masterclasses, giving young jumpers the chance to learn real skills from athletes who’ve competed on the world’s biggest stage.

The sessions are running until 27 November 2025, and Abu Dhabi will host multiple dates at BOUNCE Marina Mall and BOUNCE Khalifa City.

Whether your child is a total beginner or already confident on the trampolines, the Olympians are running progression-based sessions that focus on technique, confidence, and having fun. Think big air, new tricks, pro tips, and plenty of inspiration. Parents can watch from the sides while the kids soak up skills from some of the most talented athletes in the sport.
