If menopause has affected you personally, someone in your family, a friend, or even colleagues at work, then this is probably a conversation worth having.

After two sell-out events in Dubai, The GCC Menopause Hub is bringing its first Abu Dhabi summit to the capital on Saturday 6 June at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island Resort, creating a space for honest, practical, and much-needed conversations around women’s health.

Because whether you are currently going through menopause, approaching it, supporting someone who is, or simply trying to understand it better, the reality is many women still feel unprepared for the changes that come with it.

The CPD-accredited summit will bring together Abu Dhabi-based medical experts, specialists, and speakers to discuss everything from symptoms and nutrition to ADHD, cancer, mental health, financial wellbeing, workplace challenges, and the impact menopause can have on relationships and family life.

And importantly, it is not designed to feel like a cold medical conference.

The day will feature keynote talks, panel discussions, roundtables, and wellness activations, with plenty of opportunities for attendees to ask questions, share experiences, and hear from women navigating the same stage of life.

In line with the UAE’s Year of Family, one of the discussions will also focus on how menopause affects the wider family dynamic, helping open up conversations that many people still avoid having at home.

The summit is supported by SAKINA, the specialised mental health network under PureHealth subsidiary SEHA, alongside Harley Street Medical Centre and Real Fit.

Alongside the talks, attendees can also explore activations focused on fitness, nutrition, careers, and wellbeing throughout the day.

Tickets for the GCC Menopause Summit Abu Dhabi are available now via The GCC Menopause Hub
