Abu Dhabi’s dining scene just got even more exciting. The MICHELIN Guide has unveiled its fourth edition for 2026, featuring 56 restaurants across the capital – including 11 new additions, three new Bib Gourmand spots, and three restaurants retaining their coveted One MICHELIN Star.

The 2026 selection proves that Abu Dhabi’s food scene is continuing to evolve into one of the region’s most dynamic, diverse and flavour-driven destinations. From Khaleeji-inspired menus and Japanese fusion to beachside Italian classics, there’s never been a better time to EAT THE CAPITAL!

Three restaurants keep their One MICHELIN Star this year: Erth, Hakkasan, and Talea by Antonio Guida, showing a reflection of their consistency, precision, and creativity that continues to impress year after year.

  • 3Fils Abu Dhabi, the Al Bateen sibling of Dubai’s cult favourite, serving inventive Japanese plates with a side of good vibes.

  • Goldfish, in Marina Mall, where chef Akmal Anuar’s signature sushi, ramen and wagyu sliders make refuelling after shopping a treat.

Eight new names also join the MICHELIN Guide 2026 lineup:
