Pottery Wheel Workshop at Manarat Al Saadiyat
Fancy trying your hand at pottery? This beginner-friendly class at Manarat Al Saadiyat introduces you to working with clay on a pottery wheel. An experienced instructor will guide you through centring the clay so it spins evenly, throwing it to create the basic shape, and lifting the walls to give your piece height. You’ll learn the basics step by step, so no previous pottery experience is needed.

Night Brunch at Loca
How about brunch after dark? Loca serves up its Mexican-inspired Tuesday night brunch from 7pm to 10pm. Start with tableside guacamole and warm corn chips, then try a couple of appetisers before moving on to a tostada salad, burrito, or fajitas with your choice of filling.
Finish with a slice of tres leches cake. Vegetarian options are available, and dishes can be prepared vegan on request. You also get unlimited bottled hops, margaritas, or soft drinks, depending on the package you choose.

Browse two new exhibitions at Bassam Freiha Art Foundation
Spend Thursday exploring two exhibitions at Bassam Freiha Art Foundation on Saadiyat Island. Paul Guiragossian. 100 Years of Art marks the centenary of the Lebanese artist’s birth, with works from across his career, including pieces rarely shown from his family’s private collection.
Over at Roots Before Petals, the work of Lana Khayat sits in dialogue with artists Etel Adnan and Helen Khal, exploring how nature, memory and Lebanon shape their art.
There’s also a café at the foundation if you fancy a coffee break between galleries.

Friday Fun Zone at Central
