There is plenty happening across the city this Eid, whether you are planning a meal out, a staycation or something to do with the family.

Here is our round up of things to do in Abu Dhabi this long weekend.

EID EATS

The Ritual Brunch, Oléa at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island

Right on the beachfront, this is one of those brunches that naturally turns into a full afternoon. The setting does a lot of the work, especially if you sit outside looking over Saadiyat.

On the food side, it leans Mediterranean with a mix of international dishes, but the live stations stand out, from sushi to the asado grill. You’ll find dishes like Moroccan tagine and salt-baked seabass alongside a full spread of salads and desserts.

When: From 21 March (every Saturday)

Time: 1:00pm – 4:00pm

Price: From AED 375 per person

Where: The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort

Bookings: +971 2 498 8443

Sidekicks, The WB Abu Dhabi

A family-friendly option that still feels like a proper outing. The Eid dinner buffet comes with character appearances, so there is something happening alongside the food.

The spread covers international dishes, slow-cooked meats and desserts, making it easy for mixed groups.

When: 19–22 March

Time: 6:30pm – 10:30pm

Price: AED 199 per person

Where: Yas Island

Bookings: +971 2 815 0000

Café del Mar, Yas Bay

This is more of an afternoon plan than just a meal. Brunch comes with pool and beach club access, so once you’re in, you tend to stay.

The atmosphere is lively without being over the top, which works well if you’re going as a group.

When: 20–22 March

Time: 1:00pm – 4:00pm

Price: AED 399–499

Where: Yas Bay Waterfront

Tiki Pacifico, Al Bandar

Plenty of choice in one place, depending on how you want the meal to feel. Talea leans towards Italian set menus, Lebanese Terrace is more traditional, while Vendôme covers international buffet dining.

When: 20–22 March

Time: From 12:00pm onwards

Where: Al Bandar Marina

Emirates Palace Dining

It is one of the easier ways to make the meal feel like a proper Eid plan.

Flexibility is the main draw here. The 30-hour stay means you can arrive earlier or leave later, which makes a short break feel longer.

Across the weekend, there’s also a Grand Eid Brunch and a DRVN Coffee pop-up, so there’s a bit more happening on-site.

When: Across Eid

Al Raha Beach Resort

Not far from the city and easy to navigate, this hotel keeps things straightforward. Beach access, pool time and a buffet dinner with live oud music on the first day of Eid all sit within the same space.
