Ice cream sandwich at SLRP Abu Dhabi

SLRP has given the classic dessert a new twist, with house-made ice cream, buttery cookies and crunchy biscuits. 

The selection includes strawberry and raspberry jam with shortbread cookies, the banana and peanut butter version in between crunchy graham crackers, and a Dulce de Leche option with crisp spiced cookies.

The sandwiches are available for a limited time.
