From 6 July 2026, if you visit Yas Bay Waterfront, Yas Marina and/or West Yas Plaza, you will be using a new fully digital parking system that removes the need for paper tickets, payment machines and exit barriers.
The new system uses automatic licence plate recognition technology and is integrated with Salik. You can drive in and drive out, with your parking session automatically recorded and charged, making the whole process quicker and more convenient.
Parking rates vary depending on the destination, with complimentary parking still available for visitors to certain venues.
At Yas Bay Waterfront and Yas Marina, parking costs AED 20 for the first hour, followed by AED 10 per additional hour. If you are dining at either location you can receive up to three hours of free parking, while gym users will get up to six hours free per day, subject to validation at participating venues.
If you are using the beach at Yas Bay Waterfront, you'll also get up to six hours complimentary parking.
Over at West Yas Plaza, the first hour remains free, with AED 10 charged for each additional hour, making it ideal for shorter shopping trips and quick visits.
ADR Tip - If you're heading to Yas Bay Waterfront or Yas Marina for dinner, remember to ask your restaurant to validate your parking before you leave to take advantage of the complimentary parking period.
