The Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter will kick off Yas Island’s epic four-day music and motorsport line-up
The stage is officially set for an unforgettable start to the 2025 Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix race weekend, as American singer-songwriter Benson Boone is confirmed to perform on Thursday, 4 December at Etihad Park.
Boone is the second artist announced for this year’s After-Race Concerts, joining Katy Perry, who will bring the curtain down with a headline performance on Sunday night. Known for smash hits like Beautiful Things and Slow It Down, the 21-year-old star will bring his powerhouse vocals and emotionally-charged stage presence to fans on Yas Island, as part of Yasalam presented by e& – four days of live music and thrilling F1 action.
Boone’s meteoric rise has seen him rack up over 10 billion global streams, sell out a world tour, and release his debut album Fireworks & Rollerblades in April 2024. His breakout hit Beautiful Things dominated the Billboard Global 200 Chart for seven weeks and hit number one in countries including the UK, Australia, Canada, France, and Germany.
Most recently, the Washington-born singer earned a Grammy nomination for ‘Best New Artist’ at the 2025 awards, cementing his place as one of the most exciting names in pop right now.
