Cove Beach Abu Dhabi

Cove Beach Abu Dhabi is hosting an Eid Week Festival with daily deals and live DJs. They've also got an indoor brunch in Two.0 restaurant, which will have extensive menus featuring seafood, sushi and more. You'll also enjoy three hours of unlimited beverages and live performances.

Cipriani Yas Island


After a month-long renovation, Cipriani Yas Island is set to open its doors on May 2nd with an Eid menu to mark the occasion. The Italian dining hotspot will offer the special menu all month long. You'll enjoy pan seared scallops with asparagus and saffron, and oven roasted lamb shoulder with mashed potato. Be sure to save room for dessert where you’ll be treated to freshly whipped a la minute date ice cream.

Al Ain Cultural Sites

Celebrate Eid and Emirati culture at Al Ain’s cultural sites. There are special opening hours and performances at Al Ain Palace Museum, Al Ain Oasis, Al Jahili Fort, Qasr al Muwaiji, Bait Mohammed bin Khalifa, and Al Qattara Arts Centre.

Winter at Al Hosn


Winter at Al Hosn will close on the 5th of May, just in time for everyone to check it out during the Eid holiday. The seasonal public street market features Abu Dhabi entrepreneurs where visitors can enjoy street food, affordable shopping of handmade goods, local farm organic produce and live entertainment for adults and children. Entry is free.

Qasr Al Watan


Qasr Al Watan is set to offer a treat for all the senses, as you soak in a cultural experience of stunning architecture, interiors, engaging exhibitions and a vast collection of artefacts and manuscripts, and don't forget to check out the extraordinary craftsmanship of The Great Hall, from the central dome to mosaic patterns.


As the sun sets on the first day of Eid, Qasr Al Watan will bring back its sound and light show, The Palace in Motion, which brings life to the exterior of the Palace with an audiovisual display narrating a visual story of the UAE’s past, present and future.

Warehouse 421

Warehouse 421 is offering a workshop and performance if you’re looking to add some arts and culture to your Eid plans.


The home-grown arts, and design centre is hosting a kite-making workshop on 7th May where participants - children included - can make a kite of their own design

in the Makerspace.

On 7th and 8th May, stop by to see an interactive performance from Australian-Sri Lankan artist Ahilan Ratnamohan, in The Tamilization of Ahilan Ratnamohan.

Exploring the relationship of languages spoken in migrant communities, the performance’s script was written collaboratively with his mother, who will also be part of the performance.

Be entertained


Maroon 5 Concert

The multi-platinum powerhouse Maroon 5 will be treating fans to an unmissable live show, performing hits like Girls Like You, Beautiful Mistakes, Sugar, Maps, and more at the concert at Etihad Arena on Friday 6th May.


Adding to the mix is the renowned Jordanian teen sensation and singer-songwriter Issam Alnajjar, who will be the supporting act for this massive event bringing his hottest hits to the capital.

Yas Island Fireworks


Head over to the capital's newest dining destination, Yas Bay, where you can fill your bellies and also see Eid fireworks every night, from the 1st - 3rd of May at 9pm.
