Foodies, mark your calendars.
The MICHELIN Guide Ceremony is making its return to Abu Dhabi on Thursday 23 October 2025, with Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental once again rolling out the red carpet for one of the city’s biggest culinary nights.
Now in its fourth year, the event is where the capital’s chefs and restaurants find out if they’ve earned (or held onto) those coveted stars and selections. It’s not just about awards, though – it’s also a chance to celebrate how far Abu Dhabi’s dining scene has come, and to see which kitchens are setting the standard for the year ahead.
As always, the ceremony isn’t only about what happens on stage. Guests will be treated to a cocktail reception that puts some of the city’s top spots in the spotlight. This year, Hakkasan, Mate, Butcher & Still and Café Milano will all be serving up creative bites that show off their signature style – with a yet-to-be-revealed international guest chef joining the mix.
The MICHELIN Guide has quickly become a highlight on Abu Dhabi’s calendar, giving locals and visitors alike a chance to see the city’s culinary talent recognised on a global scale. With the 2026 selection about to be unveiled, it’s safe to say the excitement is already simmering.
