SEHA rolls out free flu vaccines without an appointment

Abu Dhabi, you can now get your free flu vaccine at SEHA clinics without booking an appointment first.

SEHA is accepting walk-ins for flu vaccinations, and there’s no charge for the vaccine. If you’re due for your jab, you can simply visit your nearest SEHA clinic without booking an appointment first.

The update was shared through SEHA’s 80050 helpline, where an automated message tells callers there’s no need to wait on the phone or make an appointment. Instead, you can visit your nearest SEHA clinic and get your flu vaccine directly.

The UAE’s annual influenza and seasonal respiratory diseases awareness campaign is running until March 2027.

MoHAP says it takes around two weeks for your body to build up an immune response after the flu vaccine, so getting your jab ahead of the seasonal peak is recommended.
