Tuesday – “The Weft in Pencil” and “In Progress|In Process” at Warehouse 421
Spend some time among art at Warehouse 421. Currently the art space has two exhibitions, Jill Magi: The Weft in Pencil and In Process | In Progress.
The Weft in Pencil by Jill Magi is a collection of paintings and fabric works that are rooted in the grid or matrix. It’s presented as part of the Artistic Development Exhibition Program in partnership with The Institute for Emerging Art. Meanwhile In Process | In Progress is an exhibition showcasing projects and artworks from the first-year MFA students of NYUAD inaugural class of 2023.

Wednesday – Kids’ or Italian Afternoon Tea at Majilis Lounge
The Majilis Lounge has two new additions to its Afternoon Tea selection this summer.
The kids’ afternoon tea has been exclusively curated for smaller guests, with a spread that includes popsicles, ham and cheese sandwiches, and most importantly, the chance to have a go at being a pastry chef with an interactive cookie decorating activity!
The other addition to the Lounge’s tea options, is a special edition dedicated to the finest flavours of Italy. The Italian afternoon tea includes a selection of Italian cold cuts and cheeses, along with handcrafted cannoli. The teas also feature free-flowing barista coffees and loose-leaf teas, and Bellinis for an additional AED 40.
