The world's largest surf facility and sustainable community is set to open on Hudayriyat Island

Hudayriyat Island's masterplan, is to provide a sustainable, integrated and modern community with a bike-friendly development, featuring residential properties and more than 220km of cycle track.

The 51 Million sqm development will feature:

• A 54km waterfront

• 16km of beaches

• Abu Dhabi's largest park covering more than 2.25 million sqm

• Velodrome Abu Dhabi - UCI category 1 cycling tack, including the worlds frost rooftop cycling track

• Surf Abu Dhabi - the worlds largest surfing facility

• 220km of dedicated cycling tracks
