Take a trip to the Mediterranean this Valentine’s Day, with a night on the water at Café del Mar. Their special Valentine’s Day menu spans five courses, with appetisers such as char-broiled oysters with mornay sauce, parmigiano and edible flowers, strawberry gazpacho with sherry, cucumber jelly and parmesan frico, and seared scallops with beetroot emulsion and butter cauliflower. For mains you’ll find sous vide lobster medallion and 18-hrs slow roasted beef short ribs. Desserts include a raspberry cheesecake, served with caramel ice cream, chocolate soil and rich dark chocolate sauce. A vegetarian menu can also be arranged upon request.

99 Sushi Bar
From Monday 14 February
Just in time for Valentine’s Day, 99 Sushi Bar has released their new “Fuyu” tasting menu with premium options on bubbly available. The 11-course menu features some of 99’s signatures, with The Hosomaki, Chu-toro with Leek, Spicy Tuna Tartar, Wakame Seaweed and Shoestring Chips in Kimuchi Sauce, Toro Tataki, White Sesame, Coriander, Passionfruit and Soy Reduction to name a few. New à la carte dishes have also made it to the menu, such as the A5 Queen Nigiri, made with a melting Japanese Kobe A5 or the Unagi Kabayaki Roll, with flambéed eel, avocado and tobiko. And for a sweet finish, the 99 Yuzu Cheesecake is on offer with an oriental twist and topped with kunafa ice cream.

Siddharta Lounge, Bushra and Zeera have come together to host a glamorous Valentine’s Day dinner, available exclusively on Monday, February 14. You can head to the rooftop Siddharta Lounge for a fusion of Mediterranean classics and Asian favourites, while Bushra will offer Middle Eastern-inspired dishes, created by Michelin-starred chef Greg Malouf. Zeera,will be serving inventive Indian recipes presented with their own signature touch.
