Underwater worlds to butterflies in one visit

Then take a trip over to The Butterfly Gardens Abu Dhabi, where you move through a more open, walk-through space filled with tropical butterflies flying around you, sloths overhead, anteaters shifting through the trees, and little surprises like bearcats, giant squirrels, and a few colourful birds along the way.

A film night for the whole family under the Louvre Abu Dhabi
Louvre Abu Dhabi is hosting a free family screening of Inside Out as part of its wellness programme - exploring emotions through the story of 11-year-old Riley.
The screening sits within the museum’s wider family programme this year, with more than 120 days dedicated to family-oriented activities, shaping a steady flow of experiences across its calendar.
All of it comes down to the setting itself, with the film screening taking place inside the museum under its iconic dome, a pretty cool and unique way to watch a movie.

Teen talent spotlight lands in Abu Dhabi
Miral has launched ‘Nabra by Miral’, a new programme aimed at discovering and developing teen singers aged 11 to 19 across Abu Dhabi.
Developed with leading partners including the Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu Dhabi’s Mawhibaty programme, Live Nation Middle East, Four Notes Music Training Center, and Aspire Consulting International, the initiative brings together auditions, training, and live performance opportunities.
Your teens can expect live auditions, professional coaching, creative workshops, and a final stage showcase judged by industry experts.
Auditions will be held at Atheer, Miral HQ on Yas Island between 14 - 20 May 2026.

European Film Festival heads back to Abu Dhabi
The European Film Festival returns to the capital, bringing together a variety of films from across Europe. The programme features award-winning titles alongside contemporary European storytelling, giving you a closer look at the diversity of voices shaping today’s cinema.
The festival will be held at the Cultural Foundation Abu Dhabi, as a meeting point for film, culture and exchange. Each screening presents a different perspective, giving you access to a wide range of narratives and filmmaking styles from across the continent.
Building on its first edition in 2024, the festival continues to highlight the richness and creativity of European filmmaking while supporting collaboration with the city’s local film community.
