From Saadiyat’s beaches to city pools overlooking the skyline, Abu Dhabi has no shortage of spots where you can enjoy a swim, relax by the water and make the most of a day off. We’ve rounded up some of the best pools and beach clubs offering day passes. 

Saadiyat Beach Club

Spend a day at Saadiyat Beach Club, where you can take a dip in the infinity pool, relax by the sandy shore along its 9-kilometre private beach or settle into a shaded cabana. If you want to stay active, the gym offers beach views along with resistance machines and cardio equipment for a quick workout.

The club also has padel courts, spa treatments and dining options available, which can be added separately during your visit.

Kai Beach

For a relaxed day by the sea, head to Kai Beach. You can walk along the white sandy beach, swim in the clear waters or find a spot to enjoy the views of the Arabian Gulf. Visit early in the morning for a quieter beach experience or arrive in the evening to catch the sunset. 

For weekday visits, Kai Beach has Early Bird and Sundowner passes, you can also opt for the Family Day Pass, which includes entry for two adults and two children aged 6 to 12, with AED 150 redeemable on food and beverages.

Early Bird: AED 75 (Monday to Friday, entry before 9:00 am)

Rixos Marina

Located by the marina, this day pass will get you access to the hotel’s pool, private beach and resort facilities.  As part of the package you’ll have access to an international lunch buffet at Terra Mare, unlimited soft drinks and one complimentary house beverage for each paying adult. Kids can enjoy the activities at Rixy Kids Club, while you can try the resort’s sports facilities, from tennis and basketball to volleyball and football. Plus, on weekends, you’ll also get access to the resort’s newly opened Aqua Tower.

The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort 

Located on Saadiyat Island, this pass offers you access to the outdoor pools, and the beach. Go early in the morning, and you may get the chance to see dolphins swimming close to the shore.

The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort features Mediterranean-inspired architecture. You can spend the day by the outdoor pools, relax by the beach or enjoy the resort’s dining options with credit included as part of the daycation.

Fairmont Bab Al Bahr

The whole family can spend the day unwinding by the pool or private beach while enjoying sea views and a fully redeemable dining credit.

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental 

The Palace Pass gives you access to the resort's pool and private beach. You'll also receive a fully redeemable credit to spend on dining, spa treatments or the Kids' Palace. 

The pass also comes with a few added extras, including one hour of complimentary padel court access and entry for up to two children under 12. If you're planning to dine or book a spa treatment, you'll also receive 20% off selected experiences during your visit.

Rosewood Abu Dhabi

Head over to Rosewood Abu Dhabi to and take a dip in the 28.4-metre outdoor pool with views of the Al Maryah Island skyline. Your day pass also includes AED 100 credit to spend on food and drinks at Glo, while children under 12 can join for free.

Yas Acres 

Yas Acres has a large outdoor pool, shaded loungers and a Play Area, where little ones can cool off with water buckets, jets and splash zones. There’s also a poolside food truck for snacks and drinks which you can use your redeemable credit towards. Children aged three to 12 have their own discounted pass, while little ones under three can join for free.

Born in Ibiza and now at Yas Bay Waterfront, Cafe del Mar Abu Dhabi brings together an infinity pool, music and waterfront views. You can take a swim, settle into a lounger or enjoy food and drinks as the day goes on. 

Entry gives you access to the beach club, with options to upgrade your visit with a private cabana, VIP villa or jacuzzi experience. 

Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa

This hotel’s pass includes a buffet lunch at Sevilla, followed by access to the resort’s pool and private beach every Saturday. The international buffet features live cooking stations, including sushi, carving stations, pasta, Arabic specialities and desserts, plus redeemable pool and beach access.

Children aged 5 to 12 receive 50% off, while children under five can join for free.
