Hidden Bar at Rosewood Abu Dhabi is hosting a one-day-only event that is perfect for food connoisseurs, juniper enthusiasts and music lovers alike.
On Saturday, March 4, the Hidden Bar will be offering bespoke gin infusions, food stations, live music, games and immersive tasting experiences.
Known for having the biggest juniper collection in the capital, the Gin Festival's tasting stalls will feature offer premium gin and tonic mixes, infused with fresh herbs, fruits and botanicals.
During the experience you'll be invited on the terrace to explore tasting notes, aromas and infusion techniques of some of the world’s most exquisite gin varieties, including Bombay Sapphire, Beefeater, KI NO BI and other leading brands.
Further tasting experiences will be located at the bar area where you can watch ambassadors from Mancino Vermouth and London Essence expertly prepare a variety of refreshing cocktails.
The Rosewood Abu Dhabi kitchen team, have organised a pop-up taco stall serving spicy Mexican specialties, an authentic sushi and sashimi bar, and an interactive smoking meat locker.
The festival starts at 4pm and runs until 4am, so you'll get a sundowners experience as well as be able to party in to the early hours of the morning with upbeat tunes from a live DJ and saxophonist, plus a choice of foosball, pool tables and other games.
Entry is priced AED 100 including one complimentary drink.
Food and beverage coupons are available to purchase for AED 45 per dish or drink.
Table seating also available: AED 255 per person including free flow of beverages, exclusive gin tasting for a wide variety and extensive culinary experience for 3 hours.
