Two of your favourite activities - brunch and pool time - is now avaialable at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr until the end of June.
At the Ultimate Brunchcation you can expect the best of Asian, Indian, Mediterranean, Japanese, Italian, and British cuisines with over 145 dishes and more than eighteen live stations.
Some highlightights include chef Giampaolo's homemade pasta station with a variety of sauces and toppings to choose from, plus freshly baked calzone pizza. The carving station, courtesy of Marco Pierre White Steak House wil be serving roast beef, roast chicken, or beef wellington.
Asian and Japanese delicacies include dim sum, stir fry noodles, exotic sushi and sashimi selection or Indian favourites like chicken biryani, butter chicken and a tikka station.
If you like seafood make sure you check out lobster, tiger shrimps, fish fillet, sultan Ibrahim, and sherry served at the live grill station.
The pastry station has 20 varieties of desserts and cakes, plus check out the crepe and ice cream live station, and the signature sticky toffee pudding.
Following brunch, you can make your way to the pool and beach for a day of relaxation and soaking up the sun. Grab yourself a lounge chairs, order some beverages from the poolside and unwind and recharge before diving back into the week ahead.
If you want the evening to carry on, head to Bridges Bar for their special happy hour from 4pm.
The Ultimate Brunchcation package is available every Saturday in May and June 2023 from 1pm to 4pm.
