COYA Middle East Head Chef Pang and his team have curated a special ceviche platter just for the occasion. You can try six different creative ceviches with combinations like red snapper with truffle ponzu and chives; spicy yellowfin tuna with chili garlic, sesame seeds and soy; and coconut bream ceviche with aromatic burnt coconut, grilled peppers, mango and crispy corn. If you love shellfish, you can try lobster ceviche and Argentinian red prawn ceviche, and any vegetarians can enjoy a mushroom ceviche with corn, shallots and crispy enoki mushrooms.

Friday – Cultural Foundation
Take a break from the heat with an art-filled day at Cultural Foundation.
First up, check out Farah Al Qasimi’s exhibition, “General Behaviour”. The US-based Emirati artist’s show explores the layers of multi-culturalism and consumer culture in the UAE, while challenging our perception of reality and navigating the intimacy of public and personal spaces. The exhibition is presented in four main sections:
The World is Sinking; Bodies and Spectre; May’s Blue Eye and Trompe L’oeil.
The show also includes Al Qasimi’s video works, Alone in a Crowd and Dream Soup.
Once you’ve seen “General Behaviour”, head over to the whimsical pop-up inspired by it, “Cake and Sprinkles”. Treat yourself to tasty food and drinks while exploring more artwork and playing in the arcade zone.
