MOTN Festival

If you’re planning your winter outings, MOTN Festival is firmly back on the must-do list. The city’s favourite pop-culture playground returns for its ninth edition, and this year it stretches across more than 30 days and three locations. Think family fun, foodie finds, late-night hangs and a few surprises you’ll definitely want on your stories.

This year, Abu Dhabi Review is the exclusive Media Partner for MOTN, and we are honoured to be part of the capital's biggest family event of 2025!

Where you’ll find MOTN this year:

The festival kicks off from 28 November to 2 December in two spots at once. You can catch it at the scenic Al Mugheirah Bay in Al Dhafra, or head over to Al Ain Square if you’re in the garden city. After that warm-up round, MOTN shifts to the Abu Dhabi Corniche from 10 December to 4 January, taking over the waterfront with all the colour and energy it’s known for.

What’s new at the festival:

This year’s theme, Out of This World, leans into the fun. Expect an Instagrammable museum, immersive gaming, laser tag, themed mazes and a Ninja Kidz action park that will be very tempting for grown-ups too.

Zones to explore:

MOTN’s signature zones are back, each with its own personality:

  • Amuse is packed with family activities, hands-on fun and plenty of ways to keep little ones entertained.

  • Thrill is where teens and adults can burn off energy with rides and action-based experiences.

  • Indulge is the zone for wandering, eating and picking up something stylish. Global cuisine, fashion finds and a more relaxed atmosphere make it a go-to for anyone who wants a slower pace.

Food, entertainment and all the extras:

With more than 40 regional and international food concepts, street eats and desserts will be everywhere you turn. The festival will also feature an outdoor cinema, inflatables, boutique shopping, creative workshops, live music and art installations.

It’s the type of festival where you end up staying longer than planned because there’s always one more thing to see, taste or try.

Tickets are now on sale at Ticketmaster. For more details, visit motn.ae.
