With the long weekend finally here for the Hijri New Year, anyone on a regular Saturday - Sunday schedule gets a three-day break this coming Monday, 15 June. If you are planning to head out, here is how the city's transport and parking systems are running for the day.

Standard public parking across Abu Dhabi will be free for the day on Monday, 15 June. The only exception is multi-storey parking, which keeps operating under regular tariffs 24/7. Paid parking goes back to normal on Tuesday, 16 June.

DARB toll gates, including Sas Al Nakhl, Al Maqta’, Rabdan, and Al Saadiyat will also be free for the day, with regular charges returning on Tuesday, 16 June. Keep in mind that the Al Qurm and Ghantout gates are not part of the exemption, so they will continue operating at AED 4 per crossing.

Customer Happiness Centres in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain are closing for the day on Monday, 15 June, and will reopen on Tuesday, 16 June.

The digital services are staying fully active, so anyone needing to manage their accounts can still access the DARB app, official website, and TAMM platform 24/7 throughout the holiday.
