IFTAR OF THE WEEK

The three-course Mexican inspired menu consists of sharing starters including, tortilla chips served with a selection of three dips: Spiced Bean, corn salsa & homemade guac, charred corn ancho BBQ soup, avocado hummus, and their popular Cali Salad. For the main course, guests can choose between the chicken or beef sizzling fajitas, pan seared sea bass, or the Chef’s selection of tacos.
Dessert will also be served at the table and includes homemade tres leches, plus churros with Cajeta sauce – a popular choice at the venue.

Iftar comes with a Peruvian twist at the pan-latino restaurant in The Galleria on Al Maryah Island. On the menu you’ll find dishes like Wagyu Beef Baos with passion fruit and pickled cucumber, crispy yuca croquettes, Chilean Sea Bass, slow cooked beef ribs and more. Finish off the evening with date cream puffs made with dates cream, white chocolate, pistachio, dulce and camel milk ice cream.

FAIRWAYS at Westin Abu Dhabi

Al Wathba, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort and Spa, is opening its Al Mabeet Desert Camp for a glamourous, Bedouin-inspired iftar and suhoor this Ramadan. The experience invites families and friends to immerse themselves in Bedouin life with a relaxing meal accompanied by live entertainment from an oud player and stories around the bonfire. For the daily Iftar, chefs will be demonstrating the historical art of Zarb cooking, which involves barbecuing meats deep underground. Guests can select Middle Eastern delicacies plus Indian and Asian specialties. An á la carte suhoor menu will be paired with an array of shisha flavours.

Market at EDITION
